Pelter Israeli Arak

A subtle Israeli arak, made from grapes from the northern Golan Heights.
After the first distillation, the botanical ingredients are soaked for a day and distilled again.
Seasoned with flavors of star anise, anise seeds, fennel and cinnamon.
